Equipment: All equipment shall meet WIAA specifications.
Awards: Awards will be given out to the top 10 athletes on each event and in the All-Around in each competitive division and for each session, if there are multiple sessions. There will be a special award given to the athlete with the highest All-Around score from the entire meet. Additionally, there will be awards given to the top three schools (top 3 scores on each event) from the entire meet.
Meet Entry Fees: $120.00 per “team of three”. A “team” is defined as three competitors on each event. Up to 12 athletes can make a “team,” if each one only competes on one event. A school may enter any number of “teams” that they wish.

Entries must be received by December 21st, 2012. Only entries received by this date along with payment can be confirmed. There can only be substitutions, no refunds after January 2nd, 2013. Late entries may be accepted as time/space permits. Late entries that are accepted will have a $20 late fee. If a purchase order is being used, an invoice will be sent following the meet, if the account has not been settled by February 1st, a $10.00 per month late fee will be added to the invoice.
Spectator Gate Fees: All pricing is for the entire meet, regardless of number of sessions.
Adults = $12.00
Student $7.00 without ASB $5.00 With ASB
Senior Citizens/Children under 12= $5.00.
Family 4-Pack $30.00
No passes of any kind will be accepted for entry.
Meet Format: Traditional meet format with full warm-up and then competition.
Meet Schedule: Final/confirmed schedule will not be available until after December 26th, 2012 and will be sent out to coaches as it is finalized.
Tentative schedule shall be:
First session: Warm-up at 10:00 a.m. and March-in at 11:50 a.m.
Second session: Warm-up at 3:00 p.m. and march-in at 4:50 p.m.
New Competitive Divisions
There shall be two competitive divisions. Coaches must indicate on the entry forms which division that athlete should be placed into.
In the event that there are multiple sessions, teams will not be divided.
All athletes from the same school will compete together
. Athletes may be placed into a different competitive division for each event. The divisions are defined as:
Vault
Nadia: all vaults with a start values of 8.90 or lower.
Svetlana: all vaults with a start values of 9.00 or higher.
Uneven Bars
Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, Optional, as in the competitive levels.
Balance Beam
Mary Lou: Routines that intentionally are missing 2 or more Special Requirements and a C (start value is <8.5).
Carly: Routines that the expected start value is between 8.5 and 9.9.
Nastia: Routines that are attempting a 10.0 start value.
Floor Exercise
Mary Lou: Routines that intentionally are missing 2 or more Special Requirements and a C (start value is <8.5)
Carly: Routines that the expected start value is between 8.5 and 9.9.
Nastia: Routines that are attempting a 10.0 start value.
